Salesforce Administrator - Insurance & Annuity

Description Administration for different Salesforce Applications and overall instance:• Design tables, page layouts, list views, reports and dashboards in applications so that internal users can effectively use the system to manage key accounts• Configure workflow and approval processes to support and optimize business processes• Monitor and control data in applications to ensure data accuracy and completeness• Analyze application data in response to channel marketing initiatives and define, design and present reports that meet business needs on both an ad hoc and regular basisAdministration for overall Salesforce instance:• Manage new user setup, user profile changes and user terminations• Create business processes to keep data in the Salesforce applications accurate• Provide ongoing troubleshooting support for users in accessing or utilizing the systems• Provide ongoing assistance for users who are creating their own customized views or reports• Identify, document and manage enhancement requests• Develop and enforce change control process to prioritize changes and shepherd them from development to production without impacting existing functionality• Manage integrations with external applications such as HubSpot, Salesforce Maps, etc.• Report on user activity and trends• Design and implement programs to increase user adoption and engagement• Advise and contribute to Salesforce optimization and improvements as required Requirements - Experience with End-User Support- Proven knowledge of End User Training- Salesforce Implementations experience- Salesforce Administration Certification - Most current- Salesforce Configuration experience- Solid understanding of Insurance Industry is preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
