- Be a technical visionary and strategist for the company ERP platform.
- Build relationships with key business partners in respective departments and with the supporting IT teams.
- Influence without authority and work with subject matter experts across the enterprise to document requirements and position those into product solutions and promote the benefits of the new proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the technical execution will meet the business needs and the operations vision of success.
- Immerse yourself within the business departments you are supporting so that you may best assist them through system implementations and process improvements in general.
- Proven experience managing all phases of an agile product life cycle: concept, definition, planning, development and implementation.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast changing environment and work across the enterprise organization.
- Prior leadership experience in either IT or Operations with the proven ability to communicate and influence change.
