Desktop Support Analyst

This Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / temporary to hire in nature and is based in the Des Moines, Iowa, area.Responsibilities- Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities- Administer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures- Settle computer problems, and offer suggestions on appropriate action/solutions- Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters- Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems- Preserve, inspect, and mend computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals- Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors Requirements - Desktop support or related experience- Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing- MS Windows 10 experience- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM - System Cntr Config Mgr- Proficiency in Active Directory- Experience with Microsoft Office 365- Microsoft SCCM experience desired Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
