Job Description HRIS Data Analyst 12-24 month contract Salt Lake City, Utah

Job Summary: HRD employees are builders of capability within the Lord's talent storehouse who hasten the cause of the Master by drawing, enabling, and improving talent and by shaping the Church's work environment, which allows employees to give their best to the Lord. Implements policies and tools with judgment. Coaches to implement end-to-end processes. The work involved in designing and implementing the data conversion, security, and reporting for @work in Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities:
  • Types of work expected to be performed prior and immediately after cut-over include:
    • Quality assurance of reporting objects
    • Enhance or build minor reporting objects
    • Data conversion quality and quantity validation checks
    • Data clean-up coordination
    • Data issue triage, investigation, and root-cause analysis, solutioning
    • Security configuration entitlement validations
    • Security provisioning assignments (persona and scope)
    • Release impact assessment and testing support
    • Technical configuration documentation

Qualifications: Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
Work Experience:
  • 3 years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Moderate to advanced Excel skills (manage multiple CSV files to identify errors)
  • Enhance or build minor reporting objects
  • Data issue triage, investigation, and root-cause analysis, and solutioning.
  • Front-line triage and issue resolution, escalation when appropriate
  • Quality assurance of reporting objects and security configuration
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle HCM or other HRIS

WORTHINESS QUALIFICATION
  • Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
