Salesforce Administrator

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join one of our financial clients in Southeast Iowa. This company is currently working with a 3rd party agency, making Salesforce implementation a huge focus they are calling Compass. You will be working with the agency and alongside the Information Security spaces team helping to implement new initiatives within Salesforce & overall product deployment. This position will also be assisting with business related tasks such as new account creation & freezes within MuleSoft, administrative tasks, & overall trainings to advance their knowledge within Salesforce for this client.2-3 years of Salesforce Administration experienceo Address user questions, prioritize user feedback, plan and implement Salesforce enhancements based on personal expertise, user feedback and organizational goalsProject Management experienceAMAZING communication & collaborating skills to talk with development teams to end users Experience working with numerous users Primary System Administrator for MuleSoft environments o Manager security, documentation on updates and logs, user audit trails, workflow processes, reporting and analytics
