Agile Coach

Description Our growing client in West Des Moines seeks an Agile Coach to work primarily the BSA and Product Owner communities internally on their team.The objective of this position is to improve the requirements (Examples include Epic Definition, Story Mapping, Story Writing, Story Splitting, and other needed techniques) to support our Client's Delivery approach. This will be accomplished through coaching, training, facilitation and mentoring to primarily the BSA and Product Owner communities. The coach is accountable for working with all areas and teams to ensure agile teams have the right knowledge, tools and training so that they will be able to identify and prioritize work appropriate for their team(s). This is NOT a team coaching role.
