Responsibilities This role will serve as part of the team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with the implementation, integration and sustainment of a fully integrated supply chain solution that provides the full spectrum of medical logistics. The Supply Chain delivers clinical care to Veterans by managing the logistics and flow of supplies and equipment. Supply Chain Management (SCM) ensures that the right equipment and supplies are available when needed, and the Supply Chain Management Product Line (SCM PL) encompasses the activities to procure resources, manage supplies, and deliver goods and services to providers and patients.This team will be focused on implementing a scalable solution to support accelerated site deployment, while at the same time supporting integration with additional VA systems and sustainment of current integrations.The team will have a blend of specific expertise and experience in SAFe Agile, Product Management, Development, Security and Operations (DevSecOps), engineering, and Data Migration.The C# / .Net Developer will develop code and solutions for this effort. They will be required to design, write, and maintain C# / .Net coding for future and ongoing projects, contribute to design and planning sessions as well as formulate approaches for current coding tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Architect, design, create and maintain C# / .NET solutions the full stack (front end and back end) of customer-facing cloud based applications.
  • Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot, debug and maintain software programs or end user applications.
  • Defining and organizing projects on an ongoing basis.
  • Reporting and resolving issues related to C# / .NET projects.
  • Identifying and handling technical risks and issues.
  • Working in a project team alongside other developers.
  • Providing technical support to stakeholders in the organization.
  • Reporting on project statuses and developments to senior team members.
  • Participating in project meetings with management and other team members.

Qualifications Knowledge & Experience:
  • 5 Years of IT Experience
  • 3 Years of C# / .NET 3.5 (or higher) w/Microsoft Visual Studio experience
  • 2 years SAFe and/or Agile / Scrum environment experience
  • Ability to write clean, easy to understand code.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Sound understanding of coding and development processes.
  • Experience with C# / .Net coding and unit testing in an enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of other coding-languages (PHP, C+, Java, etc), would be helpful.
  • Experience with Docker, Maven, Jira
  • Experience with CI/CD using Git and Jenkins
  • Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB databases, would be helpful
  • Experience with Cloud (AWS and/or Azure) environments, would be helpful
  • Ability to actively contribute to the sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
  • Ability to work with business analysts, developers, and testers in SAFe / Agile / Scrum teams in a highly results orientated environment utilizing CI/CD principles
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, decision-making, time management and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with client specific solution components, such as Defense Medical Logistics Standard Solution (DMLSS), Military Health Services (MHS) GENESIS, LogiCole, Cerner Millennium and/or InterSystems (HealthConnect/IRIS/HealthShare), would be helpful
Education/Certifications/Clearance:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical discipline (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
  • MCSD and/or MCPD certification, would be preferred
  • Must be able to achieve a moderate VA position of trust

For Colorado Residents Colorado Salary Minimum: $71,531.20 Colorado Salary Maximum:$152,921.60 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
