Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a remote Salesforce CRM Business Analyst to join the IT Customer Experience team, within the Ferguson IT organization. This opportunity is available for both Remote and Local candidates.The Salesforce CRM BA can expect to work with a great team of developers, product owners, and stakeholders to implement the latest Salesforce platform. They will work to provide an Omni Channel experience for our customers by aligning our new instances of Salesforce and other systems such as our Order capture and Returns systems. Additionally, they will work with the team to maintain our current instance of Salesforce until the migration is complete.This position is approved to sit 100% remote. If local to the Newport News, VA area, you will have access to in-office work out of our HQ3 facility.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Lead projects of medium complexity.•Serve as a liaison between IT and stakeholders.•Elicit requirements to understand the needs of our stakeholders as well as research processes related to the solution.•Develop process flows to illustrate the flow of data between Salesforce and existing systems.•Create clear and concise requirements documentation to ensure all requirements were understood.•Review requirements with stakeholders and other teams involved in the project.•Analyze business needs to identify new solutions, process improvements, and impact to current solutions.•Assist the QA, developer, and Product Owner with testing the solution.•Conduct system demonstrations and training sessions, as well as participate in design/review of training content.•Assist with troubleshooting production issues.•Develop user stories for the development team to support the design of the solution.•Develop and manage dashboards and reports for IT teams and stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. Equivalent experience will be considered.•At least 3 years of professional Salesforce CRM BA experience•Strong analytical skills with great attention to details•Excellent verbal and written communication skills•Effective at explaining technical ideas to nontechnical audiences.•Experience working with Agile teams and processes.•Experience mediating between stakeholders and IT to get a consensus between both.•Functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM.•Salesforce Certifications preferred but not required.Perks:Ferguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families-geared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.
