Grinnell College Dining Services is looking to add a Food Service/Culinary Supervisor to its team in Grinnell, Iowa.

The Food Service/Culinary Supervisor is a working leader, that is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Global Café or the Spencer Grill. Individuals with a passion for leadership, hospitality services, and a great desire to make a difference professionally and within the industry will find great success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Utilize software to review and approval student payroll

Monitor and assure Federal, State, College, and Departmental standards are met

Communicate staffing levels and needs, operational changes, and equipment issues

Schedule and supervise student staff

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED

1 + year of supervisory experience within the food industry

ServeSafe Certification required or ability to obtain
