Manufacturing Engineer, you will perform a variety of engineering activities as they impact our manufacturing operations. This can encompass improvements or modifications in production processes, recommendations of changes in procedures, as well as monitoring operations to ensure compliance with approved methods and quality standards. These roles require strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities. What it takes:
  • Bachelors' Degree in Engineering
  • 2 years of work experience specific to engineering; internships and co-ops will be considered
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Lean Manufacturing principles including RCI, 3P, Value Stream Mapping, and statistical analysis.
