Summary The Lead Business Systems Analyst's role is to lead and review the plan, design, and development of operating systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between onsite client staff and internal Epsilon technical delivery teams. As a key member of a project team, the Lead Project Business Systems Analyst is responsible for transforming high-level client requirements into detailed technical designs and supporting the resulting solution.The Lead Business Systems Analyst works on complex issues where analysis of data requires in depth evaluation of variable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with key contacts outside the area of expertise. This individual is also responsible training and mentoring less experienced peers.

Duties and responsibilities • Primary liaison between onsite client staff and internal Epsilon technical delivery teams.• Works with clients to discover, analyze and document client business requirements, and translating those needs into system and process solution designs.• Independently work on Builds / Large and Complex Managed Engagements• Drives / Supports Discovery workshops and Documentation.• Drive solution discussions, provide recommendations• Lead and execute the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications and other client documentation• Expert in understanding and analyzing data through different sources and create data mapping documents like Source to Target.• Lead a team of BSAs and mentor them through projects and support their career growth.• Partners with technical teams and Project manager on user story creation, backlog grooming, and tracking of tickets raised by the client.• Coordinates closely with internal production teams and external client teams to develop and document operational processes and change management plans during roll-out of system enhancements.• Ensures high client satisfaction with change management planning, communication, execution, and service.• Excellent drive and initiative, and sense of personal accountability.• Excellent knowledge of at least one of the domains- Healthcare, Retail, BFSI.• Able to mentor and train less experienced peers.

Qualifications Minimum • Proven 8+ years of business analysis experience around implementing database marketing technologies and data management• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT, Business or Marketing disciplines.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Demonstrated project management skills.• Has a good understanding of various project methodologies (including Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall), as well as tools such as JIRA, VSTS.• Advanced knowledge of JSON & XML object structure.• Good understanding of databases and advanced SQL skills.• Good understanding of APIs/integration methods.• Ability to solve problems on the fly and work in a fast-paced, high traffic environment• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications • Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing concepts and best practices.• Good understanding of Data-warehousing concepts and data marts.• Experience in database marketing and/or data management solutions.• Knowledge of business intelligence technologies (eg. Business Objects, Tableau, Cognos, ETL tools etc.)QualificationsAdditional Information
