It's all about the customer. As a Director Business System Analysis, you will be responsible for managing a large team of BSAs both directly and indirectly. These business analysts will own and drive client deliverables relative to our multi-channel marketing engagements using Epsilon's market leading PeopleCloud Customer platform. This role requires you to have both operational and business expertise where we will need you to act as a primary liaison between the business analysis group and the various organizational stakeholders. You will play a key role in growth, mentoring and grooming this team of business analysts apart from managing the day-today operations. In addition, you will also be expected to familiarize yourself on Epsilon's market- leading PeopleCloud Customer platform and contribute to client engagements.

What you'll do as a CRM, Director Business System Analysis
  • Direct and Manage and an organization of Business Systems Analysts, which includes providing leadership and mentoring, soliciting, and providing feedback, completing performance appraisals, interviewing, and hiring BSAs
  • Oversee daily operations of the team and ensure organizational KPIs are met
  • Direct the team in the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and programs
  • Manage team structure, workforce planning, career development, training, planning and budget
  • Manage conflict, balance stakeholder expectations, and navigate and lead associates in a complex cross functional organization to get work done
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the organization and/or with external partners and understand the unique needs of each partnership
  • Direct Business Systems Analysts to adopt and leverage best practices, standards, and methodologies, around business analysis and data analysis
  • Participate and contribute to organizational initiatives around people, culture, and operational excellence
  • Support and drive organization objectives and key results in Business Analysis domain.
  • Define, adopt, and enforce business analysis delivery standards and best practices
  • Solve complex business problems and come up with ideas to address the challenges
  • Recognize and manage new business opportunities
  • Provide direction to individual contributors
  • Communicate effectively across the organization

What skills you will use:
  • 15+ years of relevant business analysis work experience in the database/ data driven marketing technology space
  • 5+ years of relevant management/leadership experience managing medium to large sized teams
  • Excellent understanding of CRM, Marketing concepts and various marketing channels like Direct Mail, Email, Mobile, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts
  • Ability to direct and lead the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and other client deliverables
  • Ability to lead a team to meet organizational vision and objectives
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and quickly change priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage communication to all organizational levels
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
  • Ability to lead a team of BSAs and mentor them through projects and support their career growth
  • Ability to effectively navigate and lead a cross functional organization to get work done
  • Excellent drive and initiative, and sense of personal accountability
  • Excellent knowledge of at least one of the domains- Healthcare, Retail, BFSI
