Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Technical Product Manager for a direct placement with one of our premier financial services clients in Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities :
- Mapping current and future global process flows, implement process improvements, and propose opportunities for automation.
- Working with the business to develop proprietary, white-glove technology to serve Citi's institutional clients through enhanced digital capabilities.
- Working with investment bankers to gain an in-depth understanding of how our BCMA business serves its clients.
- Manage the product lifecycle with a focus on delivering enhanced digital capability to institutional clients.
- Help coordinate the design (UX) of our applications and facilitate rapid feedback and testing sessions for business stakeholders.
- Partner with various business lines to prioritize technology efforts, manage tactical projects and implement process improvements.
- Provide user training, solicit feedback and drive systems adoption using calculated user behavior metrics.
- Working with development teams to review product roadmap and requirements.
- Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality.
- Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weakness.
- Lead the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including applications notes, product/release notes, user guides, presentations, and marketing content.
- 5-10 years of product management experience and a good understanding of technical architecture.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
- Must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and inquisitive with an interest in Capital Markets.
- Ability to drive strategy and use both data and judgement to make critical decisions on behalf of technology and the business.
