Systems Support & Helpdesk EngineerKey skills/experience: Well Rounded IT Support Engineer Level 1-2 support, including helpdesk support for company s IT and operations staff Onboarding/off-boarding for employees Desktop support of Linux, MacOS and Windows desktop machines Linux Ubuntu experience desktop support side Break/fix support, resolve open tickets, experience with ServiceNow is a strong plus but any ticketing system is OK Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: Level 1 troubleshooting Support of company audio/visual system basic fundamentals Assist in supporting cloud-centric ecosystem that company operates Maintain the availability and security of infrastructure through routine maintenance and system patching Good documentation skills Great communication skills, customer service oriented, takes initiative Right attitude and willingness to learn Experience with Jira is a plus
