You may contact 888-367-7223, option 5, for assistance.In this role, you have the opportunity to:The Product Manager, Networking Systems and Solutions is a pivotal role within the Philips Patient Monitoring business. You are accountable for defining, launching, and building profitable wireline and wireless networking solutions that support our goal to transform healthcare.In this role, you will work directly with R&D, Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, and others in your cross functional team to ensure the products/solutions are developed and brought to market in a way that delights our customers while meeting our ROI goals. You own the product lifecycle from concept phase through development and launch and eventually end of life. You are an action-oriented person who can break down complex problems into steps that drive results while maintaining support and alignment with management and across functional groups within Philips.The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong working relationships across product and functional groups within Philips. A balanced background which includes a firm understanding of Enterprise IT technology with superior business acumen is critical. You will need to leverage your ability to be a strategic thinker with the skills to drive your ideas through to execution. Leading by example will help you succeed in this roleYou are responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Understand the customer, market, and competitor landscape to justify and drive product requirements.
  • Evangelize network product-based market opportunities through a well-articulated vision, strategy and supporting business case.
  • Work collaboratively with R&D, Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, and other members of the cross functional team.
  • Manage 3rd party vendor relationships as related to your product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap (for internal and external customers)
  • Own the 3-year revenue forecast. Support the 3-year P&L.
  • Develop and maintain the channel strategy for your products.
  • Drive worldwide product launches. Support Field Marketing to train and enable the word wide sales teams.
  • Deliver executive level customer presentations.
You are part of: Reports to System Solutions Portfolio Lead, Hospital Patient Monitoring BusinessTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong working knowledge of wireline and wireless Enterprise Networks. (Experience with Healthcare based networks is a plus.)
  • Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback into product requirements which will maximize customer satisfaction as well as ROI.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a team environment.
  • Strong experience launching and marketing hardware and software products and systems in a B2B environment.
  • Working knowledge of cradle to grave product life cycle management and the technology product development environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to convey information clearly and accurately to influence colleagues.
  • Strong experience writing product requirements, marketing plans and product literature.
  • Ability to prepare material and effectively present it in front of small and large audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of high-tech marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with customers within a Healthcare IT or Enterprise IT environment.
  • Knowledge of wireline and wireless networking market and technologies, specifically around 802.11/Wi-Fi AP/APC, TCP/IP Network switches, routers, and firewalls. WMTS knowledge; a plus.
  • Knowledge of Virtualization technologies and deployment models; a plus.
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies and deployment models; a plus
