Pawnbroker/Sales Associate - Golden Eagle Pawn (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Golden Eagle Pawn & Gun is hiring for all positions! Full-time, part-time and seasonal help. In addition to a pawn shop, we are a full-service gun shop with over 2,000+ firearms in stock. Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following

Provide superior customer service

Assist in all areas of the shop:

- Test and value items that come in for pawn/purchase

- Maintain sales floor stock by pulling forfeited inventory from storage and new inventory from overstock

- Accurately process transactions through our pawn shop software

- Accurately process incoming inventory orders from our distributors

- Show firearms and accessories, answer customers' questions and recommend products based on individual customer needs

Must be able to accurately complete all firearm transactions and oversee proper completion of ATF Form 4473. We will train on ATF Form 4473 compliance and completion.

Looking for people with the following knowledge/skills:

- Firearm knowledge including product knowledge, cleaning used guns in preparation for the sales floor, repairing firearms, optics mounting, AR-15 builds, etc.

- Tool knowledge including power tools, gas powered tools, etc. and the ability to clean and tune up tools in preparation for the sales floor

- Computer skills - ability to quickly and accurately process transactions
