- Customer inquiries via phone or email
- Data entry payroll information
- Prepare payroll documents
- Troubleshoot changes and cancellations to the customers’ accounts
- Additional duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years’ recent work experience doing data entry of payroll hours
- Must be able to work 9:00AM – 5:30PM Monday through Wednesday
- Accurate 10 key by touch
- Good organizational and time management skills to meet rapid deadlines
- High attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Intermediate MSWord, Excel & Outlook
Temporary to Hire position that pays $15.50 an hour.
