PACE Center Manager

Are you motivated by meaningful experiences? Do you have a heart for service? Do change and growth excite you? The Humboldt Senior Resource Center is currently recruiting for individuals to join our team in promoting the high quality of life for our local seniors.

We have two positions with our PACE program, working at either or Eureka or Fortuna Center. Our Center Managers are responsible for day-to-day operations of the Redwood Coast PACE Day Center including management, staffing, budgeting, and compliance responsibilities. Oversees the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and services provided and/or coordinated through the program's Day Center.

The Redwood Coast PACE program — a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly — is a comprehensive health plan for eligible older adults who wish to remain living in their home and community. We provide medical, social, nutritional, rehabilitation, and support services for frail adults. Our opening is for a full-time Assistant Director of PACE, working day shifts, Monday-Friday.
