Accounting Assistant/Customer Service

We have an immediate opening for a full-time accounting assistant who has customer service skills. Must have great communication skills and familiar with general office procedures. We're looking for an individual who enjoys and has the ability to multitask. This is a contracting business, expect to "get your hands dirty"

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Assist with all aspects of general accounting

Answer phones, take messages and direct calls

Assist with shipping and receiving

Interact with customers as needed
