DescriptionHealthcare is rapidly changing and we're looking for a Business Technology Leader (of our new SaaS Ecosystem) to lead the way! You will be a key member of the Program Office that's managing our migration from a hosted mainframe solution to a SaaS productized ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesThe Business Tech Lead will work with Sr. Leaders to guide business roadmaps to technical solutions that align with, and enhance, the architecture of our SaaS ecosystem. This person will have broad but advanced technical experience, and must have experience working with or for SaaS Vendors. You'll work with IT and Vendors to insure products and infrastructure are optimized to meet strategic needs.A primary deliverable will be a new Operating Model that defines how business will work with IT and SaaS Vendors to support and iteratively enhance ecosystem capabilities

You will be the key business relationship manager with key vendors to manage vendor performance, releases to influence vendor product roadmaps.

Evangelist on MVP mindset

Coaches teams on conducting cost/benefit analyses, risk assessment, and strategic alignment to prioritize work.

Who You Are:Someone who has had a significant role in migrating to SaaS products/vendors. You understand that SaaS is different than hosted/on-prem solutions, and you have designed business models/teams to support SaaS products before. You understand that Change is Hard, and that stakeholders need to understand both the pros and cons of using Saas products as they move from Hosted to Saas solutions. You bring to the organization the following competencies:Experience working with SaaS Products, from either a business, IT or Vendor perspective

10 or more years of technical experience

Expertise in Influence and Change as a Consultant/Advisor

Bachelor's Degree

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport at all levels within the organization

Must be passionate about building agility in an organization

Preferred QualificationsHealthCare Experience, preferably Medicare

Lean Six Sigma certification and experience

Experience with large system implementation ($25M+ and 100+resources)
