He or she will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Vendor, Customer and Material related data in the SAP S4 Hana system.Responsibility:
- Participate in SAP systems, workflow and data synchronization initiatives
- Create, maintain, and update Vendor, Customer and Material data
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures as required by Sarbanes Oxley
- Partner with colleagues and other functional teams on opportunities to reduce data errors
- Work with Sales/Finance/Product Groups to continually improve processes
- Provide data as needed to support business teams
- Work with multiple software applications such as Excel, WinShuttle and Outlook to support daily Master Data functions.
- Understanding of order processing systems
- Understanding of master data and impact on inbound/outbound procedures
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and effectively in a team
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
- High level of enthusiasm and a passion for excellence
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with SAP master data preferred
- Experience with WinShuttle is a plus
- Experience with Data Synchronization projects preferred
- Word, Excel, Power Point experience required
