Responsibilities
  • A software development manager that has agile experience
  • This leader will still be accountable for ceremonies
  • Cross-team collaboration, building burn up charts, feeding velocity to the release manager to get better at knowing where we are and knowing where we are to meet dates
  • Scrum of scrums- collaborating on the things they are doing across the teams. The scrum masters are playing a more valuable role to make sure we are executing clean

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • REQUIRED: Agile-Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)
  • PMO/project manager experience
  • Prior experience leading teams is a must!
