As a Product Manager, you will be a lead member of the Retail Technology team. You will be responsible for creating the product vision for integrating an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Platform into Retail Operations. Your primary focus will be building relationships with business stakeholders to architect future business processes that will transform the organization through the implementation of the client ERP's Platform replacing legacy applications. You will be responsible for one or more business functions that include: Purchasing, Marketing, and Retail Operations like Vendor & Item Management, Ordering, Inventory, and Invoicing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build relationships with key business stakeholders and counterparts in IT
  • Acts as technical visionary and strategist for the ERP Platform.
  • Map existing processes, as well as, architect future business processes that focus on business transformation for efficiency improvements, as well as, capital and labor reductions
  • Interface with subject matter experts to capture requirements, collating requirements into product solutions, and demonstrating how the business value will be delivered through the proposed solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to distill large initiatives into a deliverable roadmap that choregraphs implementing new ERP platform while ending life of legacy applications
  • Curate, prioritize, and own ERP product backlog
  • Work with architects and technical members of the team to ensure that production vision and technical execution are in harmony and adhere to best practices
  • Identifies risks or issues with proposed solutions and facilitates mitigation plans as needed
  • Use data analytics to measure success of features, pre and post launch
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert for Retail Processes and Systems
  • Frequently guide team members to better outcomes, promptly resolving conflicts that arise, while consistently providing feedback to team members in a constructive manner
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in managing products through all phases of an agile product life cycle, including concept, definition, planning, development and implementation
  • Ability and desire to work in fast-paced, fast growth environment and can handle multiple projects and tasks on a daily basis
  • Drives a positive culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Ability to work positively in a cross functional environment with a variety of stakeholders to achieve team objectives
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized problem solver.
  • Experience influencing management on technical or business solutions.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication including collaboration skills
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the clients mission and willingness to promote the core values and fundamentals of the company
