Full-time

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Two years experience in physical plant maintenance or related field

Current Wisconsin driver's license and good driving record

Working knowledge of HVAC system maintenance and repairs, electrical/plumbing repairs and house, janitorial/housekeeping equipment, products and supplies

Ability to perform housekeeping duties

Ability to work independently, organized and attend to detail in a timely manner

Interest in regularly working near older adults
