Maintenance Technician Needed

Juneau Village Towers Apartments community has 598 apartments and is located in downtown Milwaukee. We are seeking talented maintenance professionals. We are seeking applicants who understand the importance of quality customer service and professionalism. Some experience is necessary in general areas of apartment or similar residential maintenance including but not limited to minor plumbing and electrical. Any background in HVAC, painting, and carpentry is a plus. Communication skills are essential. Must be able to work in a timely and organized fashion.

We are seeking full-time first shift employees. On-call emergency availability is necessary and is scheduled on rotation with the other maintenance team personnel.

Must have a valid driver's license.
