General Labor Workers

Description:Candidates will be responsible for reconditioning heat exchange plates. The plates are a thin piece of sheet metal (about the size of a door) with rubber gaskets attached.

Once the sheets reach the warehouse candidates will remove the rubber gaskets either by hand or dipping the sheet in a container full of liquid nitrogen.

Once the gaskets are removed they will clean the plates by power washing them

After the cleaning process they test the plates for any cracks or holes. this consists of spraying the plates down with a material which will identify any defects under a black light. They then will wash and dry this liquid off.

They then are responsible for gluing the gaskets back onto the plates and transfer them into an oven where the gaskets will adhere to the metal. they then cool the plates off and get them ready for shipment.
