We are looking for a Director of Sales and Business Development to lead sales our Sales and Business Development Team, deliver successful customer outcomes, and develop & execute upon sales strategy. In addition to hiring, training, motivating and leading the sales organization, you’ll develop and drive high quality customer & partner relationships. Ideal candidates have a demonstrated track record of recruiting and coaching a world-class team of diverse managers and account executives.

What

you'll do.
  • Manage and build sales team, creating a strong sales culture.
  • Work closely with the leadership team and cross-functionally to assess the current business, develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, and addressable market.
  • Create and build on sales relationships with key Fortune 500 customers and partners, owning major relationships from prospecting through sale and delivery of products, acting as a player-coach as the team expands.
  • Plan, drive, and forecast sales revenue against team and company targets with accuracy.
  • Oversee key sales operations activities including process definition, sales enablement, and rules of engagement.
  • Provide key inputs from the field including market intelligence, product and service feedback, partner input on products, and market trends.
  • Team player who is simultaneously part of our executive leadership team and has an ear to the ground working alongside our front line team
  • Work with Business Development and Marketing teams to prioritize opportunities and develop go-to-market / market entry & campaign strategies.

Experience and Skills:
  • 10+ years of sales/management experience in tech and business solutions
  • 3+ years of experience leading team of Sales & Business Development.
  • Experience managing sales in a hyper-growth environment and a product-led, high-velocity sales motion
  • Ability to quickly form strong external and cross-functional relationships • Bachelor's degree
