IT Operations Architect. In this role you will be providing technical strategy, architecture, and operational leadership. You will be involved in building and configuring various cloud and infrastructure environments and solutions for our clients. This role is not limited to one specific technology, and our team is comprised of Architects representing a wide gamut of technology and environment backgrounds.The IT Operations Architect owns our operational technical environments to ensure compliance with performance standards, while providing expert technical incident resolution of escalated and complex client issues. Architects interact directly with client and service delivery teams to help meet service expectations. If you are inspired by the opportunity to join us, please read on and apply below.Your Day-to-Day:- Demonstrate ownership of technology environments by maintaining understanding of key technologies and incident management; provide oversight of the technical health of the environment; serving as on-call resource for technology related incidents; creating/updating technical documentation
- Support of client's MS Azure/Amazon Web Service infrastructure, including Terraform design, deployment, and response to any escalations from the monitoring team as an escalation point to help analyze and resolve incidents
- Assist Service Delivery and Solutions Architecture teams with new client and project opportunities, RFP responses, scoping, and workplan development
- Produce engineering and installation plans to support new initiatives as well as prepare documentation on the existing configuration as required
- Problem management, diagnosis, escalation, tracking and resolution
- Participate in internal and client-facing meetings
- Provide mentoring, formal/informal feedback to Supervisors, Engineers and Analysts

- Friendly with an absolute passion for IT
- 3+ years minimum of similar work experience in a client-facing role
- 3+ years of architecture and project experience supporting and implementing system infrastructure
- Experience with Terraform deployment and support
- Senior-level technical experience working for a MSP is preferred
- Certification at the advanced IT professional level preferred (i.e. AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional or equivalent, MS Azure Solutions Architect Associate/Expert or equivalent)
