Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: NonePublic Trust/Other Required: NoneJob Family: Project/Task ManagementThe GDIT National Assistance Center is seeking a hands on Project Manager to help the PMO manage daily activities to stand up and operate contact centers across the US.In this role you will:·Prioritize day-to-day workflow and staffing needs to ensure SLAs and critical metrics are met or exceeded. Handle escalations to resolution.· Monitor and communicate daily, weekly and/or monthly reports to ensure Service Level Agreements, and/or metrics objectives, are met on an ongoing basis and act to improve.· Conduct research to develop reports, briefings, white papers, and any documentation required to meet customer needs· Assist in the development, implementation and training of department standard operating procedures, processes and objectives. Maintain adherence to standard methods and procedures.· Engage in detailed problem solving to resolve technical issues, work with internal and interdepartmental staff to identify and enable automation of operations, and reduce manual efforts.·Lead or participate in activities supporting roll-out of new products, executive escalations, coordination, and support for interdepartmental initiatives.Required Qualifications:-BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience-Manage team and work assignments in compliance with collective bargaining agreements.-Conduct regular team meetings to enhance teamwork, and communicate any changes in the communications industry, marketing programs, or changes to standard procedures.·Identify opportunities for process improvement. Respond to the needs of the department by collecting information, analyzing, and problem solving as needed.·Promote employee participation, teamwork, and development and foster positive work environment through role modeling and mutual respectWe are GDIT.
