Service Manager - Westby

Tractor Central - your premiere John Deere dealer in Northwest Wisconsin, is hiring a qualified Service Manager at our Westby location.

Job Requirements:

3+ Years in Service Department operations

Familiar with standard desktop applications including Microsoft Office

Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing

Knowledge of John Deere and competitive products

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to work extended hours and weekends

Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all service operations within the dealership and ensure customer satisfaction

Schedule & assign jobs to department employees according to their skills and knowledge

Assist with the development and training of service personnel, and complete performance reviews

Communicate, enforce, and monitor department processes to ensure customer satisfaction

Monitor service sales on a monthly basis to ensure achievement of budgeted sales/profit goals

Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing

Manage recruitment and staffing needs for the service department

Other duties as necessary, and as assigned
