  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in help desk or call center environment
  • Technical support background or ability, including experience with:
    • Citrix, MS 365 Suite, Windows hardware, Win 7/10 OS, virtual/remote desktops, LAN/WAN, Active Directory
  • Experience with Remedy or Service Now ticketing system is nice to have
Description: Large helpdesk team based out of Cedar Rapids, IA supporting global workforce.
