Hiring Solar install technicians - No experience needed!

We are looking for someone that:

-Can work on the roof

-Wants to learn (install panels, run conduit and wire, etc)

-Knows how to work in teams

-Is a go getter

-Experience with solar/construction projects preferred but not required

-Ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing 50 pounds

-Ability to squat, crawl and work in awkward positions/confined spaces

-Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

-Must have reliable transportation to the job site

-Age 18+

-Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization

-Willing to work weekends
