Customer Service Advocate

The Customer Service Advocate is the "face" of our Company and represents the added-value we bring to our Customers.

The open position will perform, on a daily basis, delivery driver duties. This individual will safely and efficiently operate one or more of our Company owned vehicle(s) to deliver safely and efficiently "medically" clean linen and soiled linen. The driver will compartmentalize "in-vehicle" laundry to ensure the separation of clean and soiled linen. Our Customer Service Advocates are responsible for the cleanliness of their assigned vehicle(s) as well as the standard owner maintenance of the vehicle(s).The Customer Service Advocate will assure the timely and accurate delivery/pickup of customer linen orders and will maintain, for customers, assigned appropriate linen stocking levels to ensure the customer has on-hand access to meet its specific linen usage needs. Drivers collect and return to the main office all required Service and Inventory documents. Customer Service Advocates comply with all Company Policies to include the use of PPE (Person Protective Equipment). The qualified candidate will:

have at least one year experience in route delivery.

Pass a background, driving history and drug test.

Maintain a professional appearance

Possess a high level of communication skills
