Scrum Master Business Analyst and Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master Business Analyst and Project Manager in Greenwood Village, CO. This is role is a combination Scrum Master, Program Manager, and Business Analyst with a very Technical background.Duties: Scrum Master Business Analyst and Project Manager will run Agile/Scrum Ceremonies Create WBS Program Plans Create user stories in combination with engineering leads Identifies and closes architectural gaps in conjunction with engineering leads As a Scrum Master Business Analyst and Project Manager, you will align customer experience with engineering solutions Aligns dependencies and prioritizations with upstream and downstream stakeholder teams Owns commitment of dates Track and communicate risks and issues Understanding of effort involved to complete an engineering task to be able to provide estimates Scrum Master Business Analyst and Project Managers create and utilize metrics to improve customer experience, system reliability, and team performance Clear, concise communication and status reporting to stakeholder teams and executive leadershipREQUIREMENTS: People management skills a plus To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
