Propane Mechanic Needed

Locally owned propane company seeking full-time on-site fleet mechanic. Primary responsibilities include both gas and diesel vehicle repairs/maintenance and DOT compliance paperwork. Owning a Class B with Haz-Mat endorsement will be needed eventually but can be acquired after hiring. You must be available for some after hour calls and be willing to do what it takes to safely keep our vehicles and people on the road whenever needed. Normal working hours are M-F 7am-3:30pm.

Additional helpful skill sets include:

Welding gas/stick/TIG.

Boom truck experience.

TLB/Hydraulic repair.

Comfortable when working on flammable, high pressure liquid/vapor systems.

Troubleshooting 12/24V wiring systems.

Vehicle/laptop computer knowledge.

Own your tools.

Must be Sober/Drug Free/Non-smoker.
