Entering and updating client information into the data base

Receive, review, and enter clients’ monthly payments

Will mail out timely documents and notices to clients

Help clients with questions regarding their payments

Answer emails in a timely manner

Work hours-Monday-Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years’ recent work experience with accounts payable

Prefer accounting experience within a state subsidy program

Fluent bilingual Spanish and English helpful

10 key by touch & typing of 45wpm

Intermediate MSWord & Excel skills

Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines

Temporary to hire pay range $17.00 an hour
