HIRING NOW: CARPENTER ($35 PER HR) AND FENCE REPAIR WORK ($20 PER HR) - JOBS on beautiful, private, rural So Humboldt property.

- CARPENTER(S) needed for 1-2+ months of projects: Building nice, creative, quality shed/ storage buildings (16’x24’, 20’x40’ & 10’x12’) and various projects. Experience required. Pole building (10’x12’) experience a plus! Work is 5-6 days a week.

- FENCING WORKER. Repairs needed on long runs of homestead ‘horse fencing’, with split redwood posts. Replacing / fixing fence and posts. Wire setting, etc. Weeks of work. Solo work. Must solve problems. EtcSpecific experience or carpentry / mechanical ‘knowhow’ needed. 5 days a week. ($20 per hour).

- HOMESTEAD HAND & CARPENTER'S ASSISTANT needed to help with various tasks, including weeding, pruning, moving brush, lawn care, weed whacking, water-system repairs (PVC and poly-pipe), etc. ($20 per hour).

MUST HAVE job references, reliable transportation, good communication skills, and clear a background check. On site camping with access to a shower and kitchen facilities may be an option. Payments will be weekly, in cash.

Job is in the hills, 35 minutes from Garberville, near Miranda. 25 minute drive off 101 - 7 miles of paved county road, then 3 miles of gravel country road to site.
