This role will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal research, building contract templates, document preparation and review and other assignments assigned by the supervising attorneys and General Counsel. The position requires the performance of legal assignments with a high degree of accuracy, autonomy, and responsibility within the Legal and Compliance department. Corporate Governance Paralegal/Secretary

Our client, a global and public media/entertainment company is looking for a 5 plus years Corporate Governance Paralegal/ Corporate Legal Assistant to support the corporate legal department. As specifically directed by attorneys, the corporate governance paralegal conveys routine information to clients and management regarding legal and/or contractual issues associated with existing or proposed operational situations. The corporate paralegal assists legal counsel with the preparation of SEC Section 16 filings and review of other ’34 Act filings as requested. Our client, a medical healthcare provider is searching for 5 plus years Contracts Manager who will report to the Chief Legal Officer and will provide support to the national network of Centers by performing a vital, integral role in daily operations of the legal team and the lager organization. The ideal candidate would have 5 plus years of trial experience with labor and employment defense practice area experience. Hands-on trial experience is required.
