Data Analyst

We are looking for

• Support the Burlington Plant team deliver Qliksense operations reporting to better track plant operational metrics and KPIs.
• The candidate will work with plant business functions to define the required reports, define the source of the underlying data, the related business rules, and develop the reports on the Qliksense platform.
• Candidate will need to develop to have a working understanding of the manufacturing process and data to support these designs.
• Any data gaps identified should be raised and discussed with plant and IT teams to provide a working solution.
• Beyond report definition and build the candidate will need to define test requirements and work with the plant users to validate all the report data to ensure accuracy prior to wider deployment.
• Successful candidates need to have excellent communication skills written and verbal in order to understand and support business stakeholders.

• Work with the plant to define Reports to be build and their priority.
• Define schedule of delivery working with plant stakeholders.
• Build out Qliksense reports, coordinate plant testing and validation, and deployment.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
• MIS, Computer Science, or similar preferred.
• Technical skills in data model design, database design, and basic coding.
• Troubleshooting skills, self-directed technical research, and analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Experience Data with visualization tools like Qliksense (preferred), PowerBI, Python, or Table.
• Business acumen.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
