CUSTOMER SERVICE/RECEPTION-FULL TIME

FRONT OFFICE-RECEPTION/CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK

This is a full-time position in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Duties will include:

Greeting customers/collecting vehicle information

Answering multi-line phones

Calling customers with updates on repairs

Tracking daily mechanical hours for 7 or more technicians

Relaying truthful and detailed information to the CEO and management

Required skills:

Friendly

Competent in multi-tasking

Organized

Accepting new tasks throughout the day, completing each task with frequent interuptions
