Loan Processor

We're growingand hiring! Vocality Community Credit Union is accepting applications for the position of Loan Processor. Join the team that was created to support our neighbors' financial needs 40 years ago and continues to work that mission today!

Duties include:

Responsible for coding, posting, and preparing all documents necessary for closing loans.

Mailing loan paperwork, distribute loans to locations, and coordinates closings with necessary personnel.

Types and handles miscellaneous paperwork including denial letters.

Maintains files and answers and directs telephone calls.

Provides professional service to customers.

Bilingual is highly preferred (English and Spanish) a bilingual pay differential is provided upon meeting our requirements for demonstrating appropriate bilingual skills related to financial institutions.
