HOA Community Manager

Conduct all duties necessary for the effective day-to-day management of community associations. Interaction with board and homeowners, budget preparation, and supervision of vendors. Must possess exceptional problem solving, facilitation and administrative abilities, along with excellent computer and communication skills. HOA Community management background or business management experience. CMCA certification preferred. Employment contingent upon background check and skills testing.
