Job Description A Los Angeles based company is helping workers to achieve financial wellness at no cost to employers, and they are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager/Owner to join the Engineering's Integrations team. This mobile application allows employees to access their earnings on demand, giving them better control over their finances and increasing productivity at work. In this role, you will be managing web service implementations, enhancements, and customer support. Also, this role will be responsible for performing system analysis on software programs, applications, and web services. Therefore, the ideal candidate must have an exceptional understanding of API integration. The headquarter is in Tarzana, and the team is currently going into the office at least 1 day per week. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in web service integrations with both internal systems and external vendors
- 5+ years of experience supporting systems with high volume traffic
- 3+ years of experience in an agile software development environment using Jira or TFS
- Experience building successful product teams and shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps, and creating and managing backlogs
- Experience closely collaborating with engineers, designers, and partners
- Design tools and prototyping with designers
- Experience in Financial Technology: payroll, payments, eCommerce, etc.
- Experience and knowledge of cloud computing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience as a software developer
