Together we make a difference.The purpose of this role is to take leadership of our joint innovation strategy with our key, priority SAP on Microsoft partners to build highly differentiated solutions that maximize our joint impact across specific industries, target customer segments and personas. This role will be a highly influential team member working across our engineering, sales, marketing, alliance, and legal teams to shape how we improve our engagement and execution with key partners in the co-innovation space.ResponsibilitiesOwn and define the Microsoft and Partner co-innovation strategy with a shared vision ofsuccess for delivering joint productofferings to our mutual customers in the context of SAP environments.

Influence and drive execution of Partners (GSIs) joint innovation roadmap with a clear intent to maximize the market impactacross specificindustries,targetcustomer segments and personas.

Securedifferentiated, joint product development commitments within a broader partnership agreement or as a stand-alone partnershipagreement together withAlliance, Business Development and Legal teams.

Influence development of unique, highly differentiated value propositions grounded in strong product truth and interoperability together withselected GSI Partnersto support the launch of new offeringsinto market.

Leverage ISVs and startups as appropriate to strengthen the differentiated value propositions of GSIs and other partners (NSIs and MSPs).

Contribute to the successful market launch ofagreed upon co-innovation and interoperability offerings together with the marketingand Go to Market teams—ensuring our field is aware of the importance and impact to their value conversations with customers.

Coordinate the necessary resourcing to secure the delivery of agreed upon product roadmap deliverablesand timelines; Serve as a principal Steer-co or Governance Committee member forsaid engagements.

Collaborate closely with and provide leadership direction to internal SAP solution development team toset and secure the co-innovationpriorities, projects, and joint engagements.

Own the Partner Advisory Board and the drive the Customer Advisory Board together with the WW Sales Strategy team as a key feedback loop to identify unmet needs and leverage it internally to pull in the necessary resources to validate and support the development of differentiated value props.

Plan, establish and execute forums for ideation to develop new and enhance existing build-with/co-innovation strategic initiativeswith Partners.

Build and maintain a clear differentiation roadmap by partner and industry with the key contributions from each partner and ensure our PDM and Seller community is well trained into it.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications10+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry

OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations or related field AND 8+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry.

Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or an advanced degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) related field AND 10+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry.

Deep understanding of SAP and Microsoft solutions, digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, capabilities and solutionsthat generate partner growth and innovation.

Deep technical expertise and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft offerings with experience working in or leading product management or engineeringteams.

10- 15years of experiencein coreproduct engineering, product management,sales, partner channel development, business development,and/oralliancemanagement in the technology industry.

Deep strategic advisor and executive relationship management experience driving sales with partners in commercial businesses.

Strong background and experience of building and selling with partners, specifically desired understanding of SAP on Microsoft partner ecosystem.

Strong experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies.

Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.

Challenger mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through.
