In your role as an Environmental Technician, you will support our team by conducting various types of fieldwork, a critical component to our client services. Fieldwork may include environmental sample collection and maintenance activities which support site remediation at renewable and petroleum refining site(s). Remediation system operation and maintenance tasks may include: pump maintenance, system optimization, trouble shooting, hose and fitting replacements, system component repair and replacements, well re-conditioning and system evaluations. Other routine tasks include: hydrocarbon recovery, groundwater sample collection, electronic data downloads, stormwater inspections, waste management support, and compliance sampling related to wastewater treatment streams.
The preferred candidate will be based at our Trihydro office located in Cheyenne, WY.
Our team is looking for someone who has:
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and accuracy, as well as a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables
0-10 years of relevant experience
A clean driving record
Previous mechanical system O&M experience
Previous electrical controls experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

A demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
Acceptable written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team members
Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing project deliverables on schedule
Dependability, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to travel to other regional client sites, as needed
