Maintenance person

Downtown Denver-based property Management Company is looking for a full-time maintenance person to help maintain the portfolio of properties under contract. Our company focuses on property management of commercial, residential and mixed use condominium associations in the downtown corridor. Preferred candidate must possess keen attention to detail and exhibit excellent customer service skills. Duties will include daily round of the property to remove litter, debris, etc. from the grounds and common spaces of the property, check and replace lighting as necessary, perform routine maintenance, complete minor and routine service requests and perform additional duties as may be assigned.
