Summit Homes Construction, the largest production multi-family builder in Summit County, CO, is looking for construction management professionals to join our Team. We are in search of Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent and Project Manager positions to support multiple projects in Summit County. Responsibilities will vary upon role and experience. Basic duties will include but are not limited to: the oversight of subcontractors, working with local governments, overseeing inspections, enforcing OSHA regulations, adhering to operational standards, keeping materials organized, and keeping our job sites clean and safe. Positions are full-time with salaries between $40,000-$90,000 (DOE). The Company offers health insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, paid time off, office support and many other benefits.
