UC/CC Solutions Engineer/Architect Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Thornton, CO that is seeking a UC/CC Solutions Engineer/Architect Engineer. This role can be remote. Job Description: The UC/CC Solutions Engineer/Architect Engineer acts as an independent Architect Engineer in support of creation and deployment of reference architecture designs to be consumed for global deployments of company's UC and CC solutions Designs, installs, configures, customizes, implements and documents CC and UC reference solutions The UC/CC Solutions Engineer/Architect Engineer will create and document Architecture Design Artifacts for the solution - PowerPoint for higher level design representation, technical Visio Drawings, Configuration Details/Test Plans in Excel and detailed descriptions in Microsoft Word Deploy the reference solutions via Automation and fine-tune on an on-going basis; Use VMware tools such as vSphere and vCenter for deployment The UC/CC Solutions Engineer/Architect Engineer provides management updates and reports on project responsibilities, progress, dependencies, risks and escalationsIn accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (-the Act-) (C.R.S. All Kforce employees are also eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) retirement plan after receipt of the first paycheck.REQUIREMENTS: B.S. or M.S in one or more of the following areas: Telecommunication Networks, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering Ability to support multiple initiatives at any given time Ability to work independently and in team environments with discipline in a remote/home working environment Willingness to travel on as needed basis (20-30% max) Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipTechnical Skills: Virtualization Technologies - VMWare, vSphere, vCenter Strong Avaya UC and CC experience at solution level spanning multiple Avaya products. Avaya ACDS and/or ACSS Certification and Experience on many of the solutions outlined below: Team Engagement, Aura Core, IX Workplace, IX Meetings, IX Messaging, CC Elite, CMS, Breeze, AES, Experience Portal, Oceana, Avaya Analytics, and others Integration of Avaya systems with other third-party non-Avaya adjuncts - CRM, Call Recording, Workforce Optimization, and others Strong SIP Session Management and SIP protocol experience Strong experience in Linux OS Core Data Networking and Network Management Security Architecture and Design - signaling and media encryption Programming - HTML, CSS, Java Scripts, Python, REST API, Postman Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
