• Application management includes installation, operation, maintenance and management of applications and software and support for current and future applications and software releases across the ONI systems environment on both servers and clients.
• Day-to-day system management responsibility includes monitoring, tracking and reporting on the infrastructure and operational environments that support internal and external customers, including the network infrastructure; servers and devices; computer operations; and help desk services. IT operations services may include some or all administration, security, performance monitoring, technical diagnostics/troubleshooting, configuration management, system repair management, and generation of management reports.
• Applications and software may consist of operating systems, commercial off the shelf (COTS) and government off the shelf (GOTS) databases and applications, web applications, business applications and ONI-developed software and applications. Application management also includes support to applications enabling cross-domain data transfer and support for the migration of existing applications to a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and alignment to the MIE.

• Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years experience in Information Systems with specific focus on application administration.
• Experience with RedHat (RHEL).
• 3 or more years direct experience with installing, maintaining and administration of Oracle's WebLogic Application Server.
• 3 or more years experience with application administration and maintenance in a Linux/UNIX (Solaris 10+) environment including shell script development and debugging.
• Well versed with AWS to manage applications in a Cloud environment.
• Working knowledge on JBOSS AS and Java, and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
• Expert working knowledge of network technologies and protocols.
• Working Knowledge with the installation and configuration of JAVA. Knowledge of installing and administration of Oracle's WebLogic application server in a multi-domain environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills. Knowledge and experience with ITSM.
• Experience with the various Windows OS releases.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and tools (AWS, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.)
• IAT level certification required; at least one of the following: Security +; AWS SysOps Admin, Cloud Practitioner certification, CISSP, CASP.
