Electrical Systems Engineer

Description Support design and implementation of complex mechanical equipment Demonstrate understanding of electrical system design principle and product configuration control Interpret and implement specific requirements and coordinate design evolutionary processes Act as a full spectrum leader, able to interpret and implement specific requirements and coordinate design evolutionary processes Lead large & complex projects, working with multiple engineering disciplines and the design team in delivering the final product Ensure product risks are identified early to mitigate and minimize any adverse impact Identify and execute required steps to bring projects to successful closure Interface with individuals from various disciplines while performing complex serial and parallel tasks) Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Education/Training (both required and desired): Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required Master's Degree preferred Department of Defense Acquisition certifications desired Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in the required task area Experience with the following: Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Cameo Systems Modeler Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Profile for DoDAF/MODAF (UPDM) Security: Must be a US citizen Current active clearance at level Secret or higher issued by qualified US authority required
